The sorry-looking Police Station situated in Otukpo, Benue State has been fixed. This is following the outcry on social media.

The police station is a stone throw from the family house of former senate president, David Mark, IDOMA VOICE can report.

A resident, who gave his name as Andrew told IDOMA VOICE that, "I can boldly say that this Police post has been fixed. Those who sent the pics allover should also see the new police post. I went, touched and took this shot yesterday. Thanks to the online media anyways.

Police have never been known to have a good maintenance culture. Have you not seen the new cars given to them after a few weeks? You can bathe a pig with klin and it will still go back to the mud. Nigerian police and pig is like 5 & 6. What of police barracks? Have u visited?

Nigerians sha.... is that a police station or a gate man post.... this country needs serious help. if it was made of quality materials, we can even commend. but im sure by this time next year, the roof wont be there again. who ever has pushed for the repair im sure is proud he has contibuted to the society.
