Job Description

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Maintain office security by following safety procedures
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Perform other clerical receptionist duties as many be needed

Requirements

Education: SSCE/OND/NCE
Experience is not needed
Professional attitude and appearance
Written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Customer service attitude
Must reside within Egbeda, Ipaja, Iyana Ipaja, or it's environ.
