Joachim Chinakwe, the man who named his dog Buhari, failed to meet bail conditions after he was arraigned before a Magistrate Court in Ogun state. Joachim who is a trader, was said to have behaved himself in a manner that could cause breach of peace by naming his dog Buhari and parading same at the Hausa section of Ketere market in Sango area.
