its free on playstore but some pencils in the app need to be bought.. but i rarely use them tho.. some dont bother about them

U tried ...but its still amateurish ...nothing beats Photoshop in cartoon illustration .... But its commendable you did this with a phone ...

okay. Its a pretty long tutorial.. check youtube for how to cartoon pics with autodesk sketchbook..
Though i havent tried doing cartoons with picsart cause its keeps showing error on my tab but i still watched how to do cartoons with picsart.. then used a couple things i leant from it on autodesk. and i developed some techniques of mine. but for beginners just learn how to use autodesk then practice continuously,, Then u can become better..

It's good you are getting proficient in SketchBook for mobile & also get the version of Photoshop. If you really what to enjoy the full features of these apps get a graphic tab(wacom/ugee/huion/yiynova) for pc & do more art magic.
If you want more inspiration visit these online galleries DeviantArt,Behance & ArtStation(just google them)...
