I mistakenly do two transactions without putting my phone number as narration, I have chatted you on what's up you claimed you are working on it getting to a month now, my wallet is yet to be funded, the lady that introduced me even went to your office to lay complains, you checked and verify all the complains but nothing had been done.

Club connect I sent and Etisalat data to 500mb to this number 08184457107 on the 9th of Dec 2017 the customer did not get but was deducted from my wallet.

Yesterday being 1/01/2018 I sent another 500 mb to 09094640920 customer did not receive the data and my money was deducted.

This is the fourth issue I have with you that is not resolved, remember as you are doing you business that is how I am doing mine, please I beg you with the name of God refund all my number.

clubkonnect.com has never scammed me before. there has been delays in getting across data buh never a time where the data didn't come through. clubkonnect team please I have been unable to withdraw I deposited into my wallet. it keeps saying "maximum amount is 0.00 per transaction". what do I do? thank you

definitely, if we are scam u would have stopped doing business with us since 2016,

i checked the transaction u complained about and i see it failed due to network issue with the provider and we have posted a full refund of N1,100.00 back to your account

I believe with what's been said of you by most users, you need to brush up on your customer care service.
May be your company is growing and you have too many request to cope with. Recruiting more staff can rectify that I guess or automate your transaction process.

I am however a skeptic so I decided to buy N200 airtime and paid N180 using my ATM Card,
and surprisingly, it worked!!!!!
They offer things like discount on recharge card and databundle,
they have option to fund your account using airtime, bank deposit etc.
The thing is I want to start using this website full time for my recharge and data purchase,
Who else has any experience with this website?

I made a transfer of 10k to my wallet on March 6 2018 which has not been credited even at this momemt. This is not the first time I'm having issues with them but because the amounts involved earlier were smaller, I gave up after several Whatsapp messages and calls yielded no fruits.
The Customer care number is permanently busy and no one picks when it goes through. From what I have seen, my case is no longer just a logistics delay. It's fraud and I have evidence.
Attached is my internet transfer receipt. I edited some parts for private reasons. If challenged, I will provide more evidence.
If this is not fraud, tell me what it is.
