Retail Sale Supervisor
We are a produce company (we supply food, vegetable and fruit, which we source, and package.). We have been in business for the past 4 years, we have a retail shop at Ikoyi and we have retail clients that we serve as well.
Location-Dolphin, Ikoyi.
Job Description
• The supervisor will ensure effective and profitable operations of the business through sales maximization
• Ensures all task are met on time
• Is responsible for assigning work to other employees
• The supervisor takes complete ownership of the day to day management of the business
• Client Management and New client recruitment.
• Inventory management and controls (counting and describing the goods in stock)
• The supervisor will liaise with our clients to ensure that we have right variety of product and adequate stock level per plan and maintain a high level of customer service.
• The person should be able to price items for sale and keep the store and shelves tidy and attractive
• Should be able to supervise packaging of goods and plan delivery schedule efficiently
• Handling complaints and escalating as needed
• HONEST, HARDWORKING, AND GOOD ATTITUDE TOWARD WORK

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be at least 25 years old
• Friendly, outgoing personality, and ability to work well with others
• Entrepreneurial
• Computer literate(must be able to use)
• Knowledge basic business operations
• Driving with a valid license (an advantage )
• Ability to supervise people
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and self direct on the job
• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills
• Must reside around dolphin axis.
• Male preferably and can drive
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
• Minimum OND
• Supermarket or retail experience
• Good Guarantors
