Their secret is that obiano was wise to focus on local investors and anambra indigens in the diaspora. Unlike foreign investors who run away at the sign of trouble, local investors stay the course. Obiano has given Ndigbo the future blue print on how to develope our land. All Igbo governors need to copy this model immediately regardless of political affiliation. They need to set up their own version of ANSIPPA immediately. No need to reinvent the wheel.
