The typical Kenyan speaks a sweet attractive mother tongue, somehow standard Swahili and a good level of english. The exception are the coastal people who speak sweet Swahili, no mother tongue, and english and of course most urban dwellers speak Swahili (sheng) and english due to limited opportunities of meeting their tribefolks.
