I would like to share my experience about shoptomydoor and would please want to use this medium to seek redress as shoptomydoor has decided to ruin my business and its relationship.

As some people know, I am passionate about classic cars and I have shared some restorations and details in previous posts.

I run a classic car restoration business and in order to restore to international specs, some parts are usually imported.

I have had previous negative reviews and experiences with shoptomydoor but on the instance of a close associate, we decided to use them for shipment of parts for two Volkswagen Beetles under restoration.

I opened a second account with them on 20th July 2016 which was strictly for the car restoration business in order to keep track of costs

I was not comfortable at start but now i can say you are not just person or shipper to me,you are like a brother and friend. You show me respect which i really appreciate from a business man. Unlike one particular shipper who show no repspect to his customers. If you continue dis way sky is your limit.
But you need to work on time delivery reason been that you need to differentiate your service from other shipper to gain competitive advantage.

Sorry about your losses brother and thanks for saving me from using them.

Unreliable company, high level of incompetency, multiple billers, terrible / unprofessional customer service agents, 29days plus delay on delivery with nothing but flimsy excuses, A courier company that tells you after payment your item MAY arrive destroyed and they wouldn't be held liable after full payment is made. Big shame of a company. These are the people that give Nigeria a bad name all over the world when they try to compete with reputable names... Big shame to everyone associated with the administration of this company. Big one.

If i know this would happen to me and i have seen this thread earlier, i won't even go an inch in using this ffvcking company.. The igbo thieves there are just doing business with people packages.. They will try to sell your goods and start giving u flimsy excuses blah blah blah..

Hell of a company.. See the day i will just try to come to that your office with my Army friends. One hands must break for eating my package.

Unfortunately I fail for their tricks, They billed me double. they do not use the rate they indicated at their website. their shipping cost is outrageous. I have 2 missing laptops with them, they have arrived to their warehouse in USA but they refused to ship to me. I bought them from Ebay and the tracking from their warehouse confirmed that they received them. I have proofs
Now I'm sad

Shoptomydoor is total scam, they claim they didn't receive my items and we were on it for over 3 months only for them to now tell me it's in their Nigeria office and I need to pay over 200 thousand as storage charge for 3 months. Run from them.
