This is very disgusting, a rich state like Bayelsa state can't boost of paying teachers salary when they have the well with to do so.
A state like Edo which has nothing have gone ahead to increase the minimum wage from 18k to 25k.
I will expect for a democratically elected governor who has no clue on revenue generation should quit that office and go home and let more capable people do the job.
That is a state which has produced a president, yet the the development strides of the state are nothing to right home about.
The president doesn't even live the state as compared to other presidents like Babangida, Obasanjo and so on.
Its quite a shame.

What about Rivers State that owes 7 months? Most of these rich States are under godfather siege that needs liberation. Lagos can be said to have Tinubu as Godfather but then he allows the Governors work with their money unlike Rivers, Delta and Bayelsa. Bayelsa needs liberation.

There's no godfather holding back bayelsa. Their governor is a mean human being. I can't point any project that Dickson has carried out in this state. this state is failed. no road, no good schools, no salary, insecurity is the order of the day. Yet he receives allocation. The allocation is enjoyed by his family members only.
