I am currently looking for a serviced apartment in Lekki Phase 1 Lagos (near Elegushi) for short term rent precisely 7 days rent minimum. The apartment could be a one bed flat or en-suite apartment.

Please note:
1. The apartment MUST be in a well secured neighborhood.
2. Electricity MUST be available 24/7.
3. WiFi is necessary but not essential.
4. Water supply is a MUST.

My budget is between N10,000 to N17,000/day. Please I am not interested in any property above this budget and I am not willing to go outside this zone neither am I willing to compromise level of cleanliness.
