The Senate on Tuesday made some recommendations to the federal government and are planning to pass a resolution soonest to end the recession.
What are your opinions on the recommendations and do you think the Senate has done enough to help fast track moving Nigeria out of recession?

I think they should include,
1, reduction of allowance for the Senate and the legislative members

2, reduce numbers of senators and house of representatives members from each state or merge the two house together

3, cancellation of hardship and wardrobe allowance for the executive and legislative members ( after all them they change cloth when they come to campaign for us and they didn't even feel the hardship reach Alhaji Lai Lalasticala )

4) Passage of Bill to strengthen the local government councils so that government can be closer to the people.

5) fix life time jail terms for any body at any level caught in budget padding without option of fine

6) Passage of Bill that will allow continuation of projects started and not completed by a government (federal, state, local) to be continue and completed by the next government irrespective of party.

7) Passage of Bill that will not allow minimum of 25% of a budget at any level to be spent on infrastructure development in the next 30 years , so that we can to move out of developing countries stage

cool to enable buy NIgeria and change begins with me work effectively, a Bill should be passed that no government officials children at any level should school abroad until they have a university degree from a Nigeria school. Also no government officials and their family members should go abroad for medical treatment unless in a critical situation, which can't be handled by any hospital in the country

9) licence companies to generate power and sell to small neighborhood and communities, with this it will help decentralise depending on central electricity
