• Understand the structure, terminology and definitions of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.
• Understand the Process approach and process interaction in a Quality Management System
• Understand the concept of internal customer in an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Understand the structure of documents and how to prepare documented Procedures/ Process manuals.
• Understand ISO 9001:2015 Document Control and Record control requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standards and their application.
• Understand the Plan-Do-Check- Act Cycle.
• Understand the Risk based approach of the ISO 9001: 2015 standards.
• Understand the role and responsibilities of top management.
• Understand the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standards and their applications.
• Understand how to identify QMS stakeholders, their needs and expectation, and how to effectively manage relationships across the stakeholder spectrum.
• Understand how to navigate the QMS implementation and certification process.
• Understand how to plan and manage the QMS implementation project.
• Learning how to map QMS processes, establish quality policy and measurable quality objectives.
• Understand how to manage and control externally provided processes, products and Services.
• Understand how to establish data gathering framework, and how to define process KPIs and measure process performance.
• Know how to establish extent of conformance of the QMS to the ISO 9001: 2015.
• Understand how to ensure that internal audits and QMS management reviews are effective.
• Understand how to proactively manage Process owners to achieve project timelines
• Understand the concept of improvement and its application.
• Understand the benefits of System certification.

Training Duration: Four days (9am to 5pm for the first three days & 9am to 2pm on the fourth day)

Certification: A qualifying exam will be administered to delegates. Successful delegates who score at least a minimum of 60% will be issued certificates of successful completion of ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Implementation course. Successful Delegates qualify to attend ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Auditor Course.
