We all know Arabian/Muslim chicks are probably the hardest to crack owing to the extremely conservative nature of their societies. I do not think its about white women and black women; rather its about cultural differences. For instance, a caucasian woman in the US and UK is different from a caucasian woman from Eastern Europe. The same goes for black women; you will find that black women in the US are more liberated than black women in sub-saharan Africa. So black women and white women in the US are likely to have the same attitudes while black and white women in Portugal are likely to have the same attitude as well. But the attitude's of both sets (Portugal and US) are likely to be different.

Regardless of location, cultural consequences of cheating or the lack of, will determine the extent to which a woman will display unfaithfulness. So like a previous poster said, an arab woman may cheat but she dare not be cut while a western lady may not care so much.

I think its pretty unfair to compare people that do not live in the same location. If what you're saying should be taken into consideration, then where does that place black women that were born in 'white' societies?
You seem to be mixing the issue of races with skin colour. They are two clearly distinct things. Moreso the upbringing and standards you talk about are dependent on the individual and not the skin color. That we have a couple of loose canons doesnt mean anyone with white skin is loose OR that a white person raised in a 'white' society is loose. It all boils down to each individual's upbringing and values as a human being. Granted, some societies are less tolerant of certain behaviors than others, doesnt necessarily mean every member of the said societies act/believe in those things.
