CIF PROCEDURES .

1. Buyer & Seller Sign & Seal this Contract and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail. The electronic signed copy by both Parties is considered legally binding and enforceable. The hard copy will be signed afterwards.

2. Seller issues Non Operative 2% Performance Bond(PB) by prime bank or confirmed in favor of the Buyer in case the Seller fails in full or partly to perform as stipulated in this Agreement in the opinion of the Buyer.

3. Buyer issues one-month total cargo value DL/C activating seller’s Performance Bond.

4. The Buyer’s DL/C and Seller’s PB stay as a guarantee for the length of the contract

5. Payment is made cargo by cargo through MT103 (Cash transfer) to seller’s bank and all commission holder’s accounts.
