Tsamiya arrested in Gombe must be from your mushroom village in the southern Nigeria. Wailers will always hide under the ethnic pretense to wail. Continue to wail.

If u have any evidence against them u can go to EFCC. Buhari said if his family members are found corrupt nd nt prosecuted, he will nt forgive the EFCC Chairman. Go get sum sense nd stop d hatred.

LIES.

1. The so called Jefferson was NOT a Judge but a Congressman (house of rep. member).

2. He was not raided on mere petition or "allegation". On the contrary, he was "caught on audio tape" requesting for a bribe (which by the way, he claimed he was going to give to the then Nigeria's VP Mr. Atiku).

3. He was also "video taped" collecting a briefcase of $100k USD (secretly provided by FBI) in wraps of $100 bills as bribe.

4. Jefferson's former aid also implicated him in yet another fraud scheme also involving an internet entity in Nigeria.

5. The strings of secret investigations that eventually led FBI to nailing Jefferson took more than a month to get perfected.

6. Just like what we have here now, the raid on Jefferson's premises (though he was not a supreme court judge) was fiercely contested. Here's an excerpt from Wikipedia entry on the matter:

Edit
The raid of Jefferson's office set off a series of political events: Jefferson immediately challenged the action in federal court. House Speaker Dennis Hastert and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi issued "a rare joint statement demanding that the FBI return the documents and saying that Jefferson then should cooperate more fully with the investigation".[16] "Many Republicans and Democrats contend that the unprecedented raid on a congressional office was unduly aggressive and may have breached the constitutional separation of powers between the executive and legislative branches of government that are meant to shelter lawmakers from administrative intimidation."[17] Tensions escalated to the point where – according to AP – Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, his deputy Paul McNulty, and possibly FBI Director Robert Mueller "were said to be ready to quit if the Justice Department was asked to return the Jefferson documents ... [while the] House was threatening to go after the Justice Department's budget".[18]

On May 25, President Bush stepped in, taking the extraordinary step of "directing the Department of Justice to seal all the materials recovered from Congressman Jefferson's office for the next 45 days and not to allow access to anyone involved in the investigation".[19] Representative James Sensenbrenner, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, began to hold hearings – called "Reckless Justice: Did the Saturday Night Raid of Congress Trample the Constitution?" – on the "profoundly disturbing" questions that Sensenbrenner said the Justice Department's actions raised.

The FBI, in answering Jefferson's complaint of the raid, attached an FBI agent's affidavit claiming that the raid was necessary because, while the FBI was searching Jefferson's home in August, Jefferson tried to "surreptitiously remove" documents

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_J._Jefferson_corruption_case

It actually took the intervention of a court to sustain the raid:

On July 10, 2006, Chief Judge Thomas F. Hogan for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, ruled that the FBI raid on Jefferson's office was legal,[22] rejecting the claim of both Jefferson and the Bipartisan Legal Advisory Group of the United States House of Representatives that the search violated the Constitution's Speech or Debate Clause, separation of powers principle, and the Fourth Amendment...

But please let's be clear that the accused person was not a Judge who I believe, by Nigerian law, can only be arrested or prosecuted following the recommendations of NJC.

So I think it's high time the APC and their praise singers stopped misinforming the public.
