TyCigs is a leading distributor of e-Cigarette’s and e-Shisha in Nigeria and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team.
Marketing Manager – Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt Nigeria.

Main Duties/Responsibility

- Sourcing new sales opportunities through:
o New branches of existing retailers.
o New retailers (including, but not limited to supermarkets, bars, lounges, and online stores).
- Marketing, Advertising and Promoting the Brand

Additional Responsibilities

- Book and Coordinate Promotional Activities at retail locations and other events. This should be done at least once a month

- Manage relationships with existing retailers for our products with the aim of:
o Achieving maximum sales and exposure of our stock and merchandise at their retail locations.
o Ensuring we’re the sole / major supplier of electronic cigarettes at their stores.

- Pursue sales of our products at any of the following retailers:

o Bars & lounges.
o Supermarkets.
o Hotels
o Pharmacies
o Social Events

Customer Support

- Follow up with customers who’ve purchased our products, requesting feedback and reviews about the product, which would help us improve variety, quality and packaging of products.

Online Marketing

- - Manage social media postings and audience generation.
- - Manage adverts and postings on relevant news, blogs and other online channels
- - Manage TyCigs store postings, descriptions and pictures on online stores such as Konga, JUMIA and DealDey.
- - Build an email list of TyCigs customers so they can be contacted easily via email for product updates and offers.

Offline Marketing

- - Manage product placements, including posters and flyers at retailer stores.
- - Work with TyCigs photographer to commission original pictures that can be used in print and online.
- - Attend events and manage event sponsorship to promote TyCigs products.
- - Organize events for TyCigs.
- - Manage and commission newspaper and other offline adverts wherever possible and within budget.
- - Manage activations at retail locations.

Overall aim is to consistently market TyCigs to our target audience and to be seen as the dominant player in the e-cigarette market.


Qualifications

OND upwards in any discipline but candidates with Marketing Background will be favored.

Experience of having worked in a similar role will also be advantageous
