I have a HP compaq 6735s with startup problem. It freeze immidiately i power it on. pls help fast.

Ok, turn it off please back on again dont wait for anything keep pressing F10 I think until you come to a blue screen called Setup utility

use your arrow key and scroll down to Diagnostic then highlight Primary hard disk self, I would suggest you go for long test not short test press enter

anyway after that try doing memory test as well. make sure laptop is plug to mains as it will take few minutes or so for all the sectors to be analyse

for any defect if you have diagnostic as an option dont worry use this utility i use @ my work place http://support.packardbell.co.uk/uk/item/index.php?i=6917051000&ppn=pb34322504

If you"re going for this option please have CD-R or +R ready. Good luck and let us hear the result

My did not work for me, I tried starting the system and it powered on but screen could not boot
Only showing;
Power light indicator
Caps lock blue light but inventualy stoped
Battery indicator light
HDD green light

What will I do friends?
