u can apply, some people with 2.2 were shortlisted d last time despite d fact DAT dey said 2.1 but were not much and maybe dey had connections 2. No harm in trying

I tried registering and i am 27. The instruction said not more than 28, yet when i clicked save and continue, it came back with sorry bla bla, you are above the 26 years old?
