I have handled transfers myself by sending the auth code to the buyer and supply dan also the Auth code only when I am very sure I know the buyer of the domain.

I realized sometimes buyers receive the mails from dan in their spam hence the challenge for buyers to apply authcode given from dan.

So make sure both routes are fed well.

When the transfer is complete, tell buyer to notify dan the transfer is complete. If he says he hasn’t been receiving messages from dan, tell him to check his spam mail.

Please make this caveat bold in your post.....very important. Thanks for the info.

I'm just getting my feet into the domaining game, and this thread is worth way more than lots of paid several info out there. I haven't even closed a sale yet, but it was your previous post that I have drawn strength from, not even the paid-training. Out there, filled with so many vulnerable lone walkers and myopic self-minded folks, but in here, beams the hope that we can still share.

Bro, have you ever wondered why you visit this thread often. I am sure you don't come to read people's monikers but, to be motivated by somebody's success. We all need that extra bit of motivation in this line of business we have found ourselves. While not reporting sales is not a sin, sales reports are the driving force behind this thread and the absence of it means the purpose of this thread has been partially defeated.

I agree with you, and I am always a believer of reporting a sale, I just don't see it as a sin if anybody fails to report..
