Guys, I know $150 $200 is good money, but think about it, what if you have like 10 good domains, then you list one of them for like $250,000 ?? then you keep selling the rest for the normal $150 at least to get some money for feeding and other things

You will never know your luck if you don't try.

Those people selling domain names for $500,000 are also human being like you.

ONE MORE ADVICE:

Set your price at "make an offer"
Doing this, you won't be over pricing, or under pricing the domain

And it will give you an idea of who your buyer is at least

Please do not accept your buyer's first offer as you might be leaving a lot on the table.

I learned how to negotiate when I came across a course by Darryl Lopes, a former staff at UNIREGISTRYdotCOM, the price was a bit much for me then, but I managed to buy it and I must say, it has been very helpful to me

If there is one thing I am greatful for learning in that course is how to negotiate with an end user.

a guy here reported a sale on namepros and I can tell you that someone there has registered virtually all the city in that niche and has sold a few, some are on pending sales too.
