Congrats bro! For me, I could sense an urgency, perhaps, desperation to buy the domain from the second end user since she saw the domain was pending sale. You should have taken advantage of that and ask for at least $499 telling her that's the price you agreed with the first end user and the Labor Day Promo has elapsed. I think she would have understood and try to buy at a much higher price to beat the first person. Just my opinion tho.
