Thanks! Yeah, I lost some sales in the past on Dan esp one that has to do with offer and counter offer. You know Dan shows your flag. I've had experiences when they make offer and I send a counter offer, they ran away when they saw my flag. One, on seeing the country's flag, reduced his offer and even refused to buy thinking I'd scam him. Even when they buy at BIN or you send them link through chat or mail and, eventually realized you're Nigerian through the way Dan structure their invoice, some might later developed cold feet or even try to cancel the sale except they really needed the domain. This is just my experience but I'm aware many of our brothers here are doing well on Dan and may not have had these experiences.

Epik doesn't let them know your country of origin, instead, Epik gives you all their details when they make first offer. Your details would still be in the invoice though but Epik would put it in PDF and most of them don't like downloading the PDF copy.

If u are using that is risky..especially if ur money is on hold,24hours as it can be voided after pax trade expires in 1hr or so..be careful bro..u definitely walking in the a den of people ready to rip u off..but if u can check it out.. Talkin from experience

The older the domain the better
Buy domain with. Good backlinks and high DP
The fewer the domain letters the better
Always do a search of a domain on goggle or bing to have an idea of the domain name.
Check for the worth of the domain
Don't buy a domain already trademarked
.(..com) extension sells more
You can also buy your expired domain on justdropped, although its expensive to buy on there. The site owner already did the background check of domains listed for sale
I don't think it worth buying on just drooped, I might be wrong anyway

Above all read all the highlighted pages.
