Responsibilities:
· Handling and resolving customer inquiries and maintaining customer database
· Supporting sales personnel during field and office events
· Fulfilling online stores orders
· Organizing gifts /training packs for training participants
· Maintaining registers of training participants
· Other tasks as may be assigned by the Country Director or Head of Sales or other heads of departments.
