FRIENDS, I was invited for ptdf and nddc CBT, and they are both scheduled for the same day, 8th July. my ptdf is to be taken at Federal Government College Enugu while nddc is to be taken at Rivers state univ ph. please, what do you guys advise me to do?

Make a choice, obviously you can't be in two locations at the same time, so you have to give up one.

Personally, I believe PTDF is more national than NDDC in terms of coverage, your chances are better with PTDF than, unless you are from one of the major oil producing states/communities, then go for NDDC.

This is to inform all candidates that applied for the 2017/2018 PTDF Overseas and Local Scholarship Schemes (MSc) that applicants have been shortlisted for the APTITUDE TEST in respect of the scholarship award.
Applicants are advised to visit the application website using their PIN. Successful candidates will be able to log on to the site and print out their notification slip containing information on time and venue of their tests.
Invitations will also be sent via email/SMS.
The Electronic Aptitude Test for the selection of candidates for the award of 2017/2018 PTDF Overseas and Local Scholarship (MSc) will hold simultaneously in designated centres across the country on Saturday, July 8, 2017 as follows:

Port-Harcourt South-South
Lagos South-West
Abuja North-Central
Enugu South-East
Bauchi North-East
Kaduna North-West

Please note that only those who met the requirements as advertised are shortlisted and invited for the Electronic Aptitude Test for Master’s Degree candidates. Selection for the award will be based strictly on performance in the Aptitude Test.
Oral interviews will be conducted for PhD (full time) candidates on dates to be announced later.

The figure you quoted is a little faulty.
Here is the analysis.
There are only 3 timelines given:
8am, 11am, 2pm.
I have written exam @Chamcity twice in Abj and their centre cannot hold more than 500 per each timeline. Now there are 6centres nationwide.. Using an average of 1500 per each centre gives 9000people writing the exam. Believe me the actual number would actually be far lower.
Lets all hope for the best and leave the number mathematics.
