Telecommunication giant, Etisalat NG in collaboration with KwikCash, has introduced a new loan service for their customers. For now, the service is only active to select subscribers who have received an sms message from etisalat. This service, sends a loan amount directly to a subscriber’s bank account.

1. Customers will receive a message from 561 informing them of the new service.


2. Reply with “Help” and you’ll receive a reply from their customer support asking you to reply to the message with “INFO”.

3. Dialing the *561# USSD code, pops up a menu giving you two options to choose. 1 for the loan service and 2 for Help.

4. Choosing the first option shows you the loan amounts you are currently eligible to. You can choose to receive N5,000 loan or N10,000 loan amounts.
