Possibly, with the simplest of knowledge, your first job could be a Service Desk Job with any Telecommunication company. Its that easy, yet many miss this opportunity.
What is Service Desk?
Service Desk is a front end office for the IT Department (Organisation). It handles mini work. It is also the single entry point of contact in the IT organisation.
Types of Service Desk Personnel
A.) Call Centre Personnel : This is the support unit that records calls only. They do not provide solutions.
B.)Unskilled /Call Recording Personnel: This records calls which are mostly routed immediately.
C.) Skilled Service Desk: This unit have greater skill and experienced.
D.) Expert Service Desk : This have specialized knowledge of the entire IT Infrastructure.
There's more to know. You need to know in practical terms, the Functions, Activities, Attributes and the Service Desks Personnel , as well as the Critical Success Factor (CSF).
