But David Olowe made just enough money to also have a stake in the entire system if he was wise, but he was so greedy that he now took 13people to Dubai so that more people can enroll and he makes more money.

You are very correct on this. Just like you said, he was never prepared to do any business. It's an organised scam from day one. You also rightly noted that if he was wise; he would have developed a product out of that wonderful opportunity. But as a lazy and greedy Nigerian that he is, he opted to swindle people and keep giving them false hope.
