Power in Nigeria is heavily dependent on gas and rain. Both are currently in short supply. The festive period is going to be interesting.

I dont know why U guys complaining are having issues. In PH here, Woji precisely, I dey enjoy light wella for most of the day especially in the night. It's not 100% but my inverter makes up for it and before it discharges up to half the light is back.

The electricity here is far better

The power supply has reduced I must confess from what I was enjoying for the past few months.


Used to be like 23-24 to 92 hours before

But it has reduced to like 14- 16hrs.. Kinda sucks cos we are heading towards summer proper and it might reduce further

About the matter on ground, I'm currently in minna, Niger state. The light is being rationed. Morning 3hrs, night 6hrs or so. Everyday.

So it's manageable

18-20hrs daily here in Kubwa

Terrible is an under-statememt here in ago palace unlike weeks ago!

There is 24hrs light. 12hrs sunlight and 12hrs moonlight

O boy, bedc that is benin elctricity distribution company dey terrify us here o. Them say na them dey control edo, delta ondo ekiti.
Light for my area for benin, okhoro na rubbish. Na share them dey share am. In a day it is Six hours off and three hours on. The worse be say when he reach our turn for that three hours we nor go see am but their six hours of no light na sure.
Sapele road for benin na three hours on and three hours off.
This country don tire me o.

My area is perfect. We have light at least 20hrs everyday, they only take light in evening around 7pm bring it 10pm till the following day.
