Good evening fellow members. I need to know if Glo network actually have 4G network. I changed my SIM card to 4G SIM card and I subscribe to the 4G data plan but I have been moving around Lagos the 4G network never appeared on the top display menu and browsing hasn't been any different from the way it used to be. Meanwhile I did same on MTN network and I truly saw the 4G. So I just wanted to know if there's something to be done that I have to done or Glo network never had 4G as claimed. Thanks.

Are u using a phone or a mifi? And do they support GLO 4g network band? If they don't, u won't see glo 4g network.

First of all glo 4G network is not yet available everywhere in lagos and not all devices are supported check if your phone is supported by glo

My phone is 4G enabled. Since it's a dual sim phone, the 4G appeared for MTN network and I used it for browsing and I saw the difference.

Unlike the popular lte band 7 that MTN uses, Glo uses band 28, which is very unpopular. I'm pretty confident that your device doesn't support Glo LTE band.

By the way, I'm getting Glo 4G LTE on my Spectranet Huawei E5573s-606 mifi.
