please, your advice and best place to run this programs is highly needed. although I reside at Agege. God bless u as you give your comments.

Anyway....
I would advice you take it one step at a time and in the right order
Start in this order
1.Web design(not to be mistaken for web development)
you can easily learn this in 1 week if you are fast learner.
2. Video editing -Its also easy,you just have to know your way around the software , and have some knowledge of cinematography ,colors etc,in like a month or 3 weeks you should be fine here .
3.Programming -this is very very broad , but there are considerably simple languages you can start with like python.
4.Then finally Computer engineering

I can train your very well in the first two 100%,i can train you in the third 50%, the last one is more like something i do as an hobby, i dont have a high level of proficiency in it.
