Please help, Nigerians I seriously need advice on how to get my money. It's 10 days I've been chasing a refund for local tickets for 3 people, I could not use due to the airline changing the flight schedule and I requested for cancellation before the departure. I bought the ticket for Azman Airline through WAKANOW. The cancellation was done through WAKANOW and I have confirmation the airline has refunded the payment. But WAKANOW still holding on to the money and still saying they are processing the refund for 10 days. I have visited there office several times and I've made several calls to there Customer care. Please my people what can I do. Is there any consumer protection right in Nigeria or any agency enforcing consumer protection. |

If you pay for a service to a Nigerian company. And the service was not rendered how do you get your money back
