According to a www.metronaija.com reader who sent in these photos, this is currently happening at Apogbon bridge in Lagos. The unidentified man who appears to be mentally unstable, stripped himself naked and lay in the middle of the road. This has caused serious traffic for motorists plying the road. Three things might be responsible:

- he needs fresh air
- the tarmac provides better comfort compared to sidewalks.
- the flat nature of the road accompanied with vehicle horns gives peace of mind to the "unstable"
