National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has nominated the party’s deputy national chairman (South), Engr. Segun Oni, to lead a six-member team to coordinate its Situation Room for the November 26, 2016 governorship election in Ondo State.

This was part of the decisions taken by the NWC on Tuesday during its meeting held at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.

The APC Situation Room is expected to liaise with the Control Centre which will be situated at the party’s national secretariat.

Members of the team are the national vice chairman (South-West), Chief Pius Oluwole Akinyelure; national vice chairman (North-West), Inuwa Abdul-Kadir; Zonal youth leader (South West), Adedotun Oluwasegun; Zonal woman leader (South West); Kemi Nelson and a party chieftain, Acho Obioma.

I believe APC could win. And if that happens, Tinubu will be hurt. Whichever way, Mimiko is the wounded.

Tinubu will be hurt how ? just take a peep into that list and you will see majority of the people their from SW are still his foot soldiers.


I expect them to totally sideline Tinubu's men completely from this ondo election for us to know they can do it alone.



Politics is not as straight forward as most of you think. Aketi may win and still retrace his step the way Oke may win and team up with his former PDP colleagues to cause trouble for APC in the SW.
