Fifty six years after independence, Nigeria is yet to have an organic and durable political structure and not to talk of viable economic blue print for rapid economic development despite the country's prodigious natural and intellectual endowment. Almost two years into Buhari's tenure, the country is still busy trying to apprehend elusive executives, legislative, judicial and bereaucratic thieves. Surely there must be some fundamental things we are not getting right. The budget is still based on oil and yet no plan to develop the region.

I am worried for2017 .

The economic team led by osinbajo should step aside. Udo udoma emefiele and afeosun should do the honourable thing. Our senators now look like world renowned economists, no thanks to the above mentioned people.

Under the last administration Arima oteh, danusi and ngozi okonjo iweala took it in turns to ridiicule the house and senate members.
