This people were caught and another commenter who was a witness stated that "Bekongfe Agweye
This criminals specialise in changing peoples money to paper. They apprehend you as soon as you step outof the bank. So maybe they striped them to get their charms. Reports indicate they where trying throw their victim out of the vento wagon stabbing him around his neck region but the man was resilient and refused to be thrown out until help came a security truck rammed headon with the vento car and so the criminals where apprehended. The lady tried to escape but was caught."
