@lordhugo,the university of East London is not the worst university in the UK But one of the worst universities in the Uk.

Also,it will be unfair for Reno to judge the Honourable Minister of Finance with the present ranking system because she didn't graduate in 2016 but in 1989.during her days there was not ranking,ranking started in the Uk in the 90's after she graduated.

Reno is partially telling the truth,he is a media person and he knows how to manipulate public opinion,what he did is what i call spinning,spinning is achieved through providing a biased interpretation of an event or campaigning to persuade public opinion in favor or against some organization or public figure.
