OP, all your points don't mean sh!t if this case is a case of failed juju which I think it is.
-
Or a case of incompetence of the salesboy to have allowed him go with the phones into his car to get the money, and that is if no be the earlier mentioned juju catch the salesboy to let Seun go with the phones into his car.
-
On the whole, Seun is a thief if he could not present the money he intended to pay for the phones with after the mob descended on him.

1. see the store image below, observe it's distance to the road side, How will a sales person allow anyone walk out of that store with phones worth 2 million naira? what if a bike is waiting out whisk the customer away?
i have made heavy purchases at computer village many times and trust me, when you buy 2 million naira worth of phones, the sales person will help you to your car with the phones, especially when you are yet to pay for it.

2. When you need to pay 2 million naira in this recession period, you will never listen to any campaign about getting it for you in "my" car
You will rather ask that he brings the money over first, not even with seun egbegbe's hungry-man looks

3. Someone of that "celebrity" status will likely not head to computer village with the intention of stealing 2 million naira worth of phones.

4. If you are caught in such act in lagos, Thou shall not take my pictures is the last thing on your mind, trust me. you will be more concerned about fuel and matches

5. Lagosians will never "touch you small" when caught with 2 million naira worth of stolen goods, you will receive serious beatings.
Even is they dont beat you as a celeb, they will ALL be nakid including the never-talked-about and free-walking accomplices who tried to drive him away

6. maybe he "pocketed" one iphone during negotiations and sales person figured when they were about leaving and then raised an alarm
during the beating, someone then suggested, lets give him all the phones in the store and snap him.

7. Let's not rule out this being a case of negotiations gone sour, you know when you price something very hard and refuse to produce the cash.
in this recession period.

8. a setup.
you raised a vital point and as well reason like a lawyer. But what was he doing in that shop, can your fellow partner slap you without not retaliating or arresting such person.

He hypnotised the sales rep. They used this method on my sister while in Lagos. I sent her to evening mkt, a guy called her by her native name and that's the end, they collected the money on her and send her home to bring more money for them which she did. Just like a movie, she was ransacking the whole house looking for money, from her behaviour, i know she was under a spell i have to give her a deadly slap and her brain came to normal. Sometimes, this charm clears faster in some individuals like the case of this sales rep.

from the comments the shop owner made, where he said the salesboy was injured cos he tried to hold on to the goods and the car while they drove away with the goods and the scuffle that ensued, it is clear that the salesboy followed the man to the car but on getting there, another man had the engine running and attempted to move quickly as soon as the goods were in the car. that's the only way the sales boy would be close enough to fight and hang on to the moving car thereby injuring himself. the distance from the shop to the road is too far for the salesboy to reach the car and struggle if the car engine was already kept running when the goods were carried to the car. the salesboy must be been close by.

read the account of the shop owner where he said his sales boy was badly injured cos he tried to hold on to the car and was dragged by the car

Ordinarily, I would not respond to a comment like this one of yours and just let you and like-minded persons continue with their belief that there is no such thing as "juju" or that Seun may not have applied it whatsoever! But I liked your approach when you quoted me and made your assertions!
-
First things first, there is "juju" (you are not forced to accept this fact though). Civilization is out of the question as juju is purely a matter of indigenous practise.
-
More so, Seun is credited with past reports of robbery with some instances of application of "juju."
