@dailydolla4u: 6030b is an s40v1 phone, I don't think there is a trick working with such phones. MTN has blocked all the Opera mini servers and the current tricks work with IPs and port numbers which cannot be added to your phone's Access point.

send setting to 3888 for automatic configuration

@akdarey39, i can't count the numbers of tym i sent setting to 3888 but they kept telling me my phone can not be automatically configured, dat i should visit www.mtnonline.com/settings 2 gt manual configuration , but dis site never opens.

@dailydolla4u: i've sent you a setting that will work with Empty N on 4.2. But I doubt the performance that phone of yours, i've used it before and i'm talking from experience. Too much error message and out of memory message.
