Every sane mind knows EFCC erred in law by freezing the account of a sitting governor in an apparent violation of the constitution. Many people closed their eyes from the anomaly simply because it involved Fayose, forgetting that such precedence sets the tone for future anarchy. Successive presidents would use the infraction (if allowed to remain unchecked ) to deal with any governor who's opposed to their presidency. This judgement is a welcomed development.

This is what I expect . Appeal the case . Not some nitwits saying Buhari should ignore the ruling .
In democracy, the president has no right to disrespect a court ruling whether it makes sense or not.
What the president can do is to enact laws through legislation that may prevent abuse by judiciary. This is where check and balances become beautiful.
Even a US president can't disobey th court !

Now it is personal. efcc is fighting a personal battle. Nigeria jaga jaga, everything scatter scatter

Yes, EFCC is fighting a personal battle, if you are interested, you too can fight EFCC personally. For your information, this government will never ever obey any court order that tends to protect the looters of our treasury. This is civilian dictatorship. The looters used democracy to steal our money, the people's general is using dictatorship to recover the money. If you are not happy with this, you can take to the street and protest, the Nigeria Police Force will be happy to shoot you at sight. We tried democracy for 16 years, it didn't work because democracy cannot work on the black continent, now, let us try civilian dictatorship.

The truth is, there is zero respect for the law and normalcy in Nigeria. The source of fayose's funds are questionable. The actions of EFCC is questionable. The whole process is questionable. In fact, it stands to reason that the Nigerian thought process is questionable. Everyone does whatever the phuck they want. No nation can survive with that kind of mentality.

Then all party involved in this illegality should be brought to book immediately to show that our law is supreme.
the same way justice Abang of Abuja federal high court gave a ruling that jegede ( PDP gov aspirant )was not a party, which is strange to law. Although justice M.b. Idris that gave the freezing order Acted on part information before him from EFCC,it will be noted that The EFCC feign ignorance of the owners of the account by presenting only an account number with Acc name as Zenith bank' not as a custodian. EFCC thereby fataly killed their own case 'ab initio' from the beginning. They can delay in appeal court but they will surely lose and court Will award costs in favor of fayose.

This judge must be thoroughly investigated and dealt with, besides the fact that he entertained a case that judgement has been delivered by court of coordinate jurisdiction instead of striking it out and refer them to appeal court ,the issue of immunity has been thoroughly dealt with and elaborately explained that in a lay man english the immunity is against prosecution not investigation hence I say the justice Taiwo has just sold a judgement and must bear the consequence. Shikena!

justice m.b idris that gave the interim order of freezing only acted on 'part information sworn to by EFCC, JUSTICE IDRIS WAS not informed that the account The account belong to a Governor who enjoys immunity, thereby EFCC Commits perjury by hiding facts they are aware of from the court that wrongly issued the freezing order and misleading a court into giving a wrong order thereby grossly abusing court processes

SO justice Idris don't know who Fayose is? hahahhaha keep dreaming.

its high time we focus on judges, they and lawyers took this country backwards since the 60s, trust me on that.

Lawyers and judges like Mike Ozekhome are the dark horses in the judiciary. EFCC should turn their torch light on him.

If it is in sane clime, Fayose should have vacated the seat of governor he is occupying. Just last week, the president of South Korea was impeached for allowing her friend to influence some of her actions in government.
This made in Ekiti judgement should be appealed to higher court. I smell rat with the pronouncement of the judge.

Mr "Mike Ozekhome" SAN

May I draw your attention to the fact that justice stands in the end for the good of society.....
You have a Governor who has never ran a conglomerate but have billions of Naira in his account while the state he runs is bankrupt.....basically governors are richer now than the states they run......

You ask for justice for a governor who has not paid salary in his state for seven months but has billions in his account...
You ask for justice for a governor who was known to have gone to court to beat up a judge in that same state.....
You ask for justice for a governor who locked the parliament of his state for months with thugs.....
You ask for justice for a governor who behaves like a mad man accusing the innocent wife of a siting president of theft...
You ask for justice for a governor caught on tape making plans to rig the election of his state and subvert the will of the people...

In all these events you did not take any position......

I watched you closely when you came to channels TV on sunrise to make a mockery of justice that crimes committed in the senate cannot be subjected to legal scrutiny....Basically telling us that crimes committed in the senate can happen with impunity.....

Lawyer Ijiti who is not a SAN flawed you on all fronts on that show....He was sound both in morality and Law...And you looked more like an apprentice to the gentleman.....

Mr "Mike Ozekhome" SAN "......How did he become a SAN?

Now it is clear you were pitching for customers on the channels TV show....You are like Ruben Abatti.....Hypocrites of the highest order....Make a lot of noise, get noticed by rogue government officials, then get paid on the recognition...It is becoming a known format used by crooks like you in out society.....

Now we see why you have been going around doing this....It is all about making money from this corrupt lot.....You are the lawyer to the big criminals in our land and a stakeholder in the destruction of our nation....

Hope you have been paid well by Fayose to ship all your generation after you out of the country....

unfortunately that's what lawyers are trained for even a well known criminal or a terrorist as long as you can afford their services they will represent them and call them my client
