I Have a Hp 550 where on the receipt they wrote both Wireless and Bluetooth but checking on my sytstem I found that the Bluetooth is not working. If I use the wireless button to on it will only display wireless but not the Bluetooth, I try checking it on the control panel but it is not coming up. Please help me on this matter,

It does not come with in-built bluetooth. You need an external bluetooth for it to work.

I think it came with Bluetooth. to verify if came with Bluetooth Hold down windows logo on your keyboard + R type in devmgmt.msc then press enter

look for bluetooth or other device or you use prt sc which can be found on your keybaord to tell us. Good luck and thanks for enquiring.
