eat or even to know what to eat.
This little book will give a few insights on what type of foods and what
quantity's are acceptable on the weight loss program I promote in my
team, which are The 14 Day Detox Challenge & The Forever C9.
It also has a little one week food journal where you can record your Food
changes and your personal favorite's.
I decided to make it because many Nigerians find it difficult to know what to eat and what not to.
