As for me, I'll post my thoughts until Thanksgiving day.  One thing I know for sure, is that,  fish is going to be on my menu   I want to do something "traditional" so I am reading up on "the history of Thanksgiving, specifically what was served.

I've been hearing about this and wanna try it.  Although baking is healthier, I heard when it's deep fried (couple hours to cook) the taste is much better.

deep fryed cajun turkey is awsome! turducken tends to be quite greezy

@epi you reminded me of college when we all would go drink that stuff. the christmas sodas taste better then the thanksgiving ones
