You can sort of work it out from here http://media.transparency.org/imaps/cpi2009/ Nigeria is bad (our index is 3.0 - 3.9). But how can the US be in the 9.0 - 10 group (with global economic meltdown, various "madoff's" etc  )? The list is rubbish! |

I still don't understand all these ratings. All stolen money are taken to Switzerland ( or other parts of Europe And America) ; If their is NO safe haven for the stolen money; maybe corruption would be less than what we have now |
