My younger brother took tramadol yesterday and now he is vomiting, he said he's having trouble urinating nd his manhood ain't erect..

Please what can we do?

Hmmm.... Uhmm... Did your brother take the tramadol dose AS SPECIFICALLY PRESCRIBED BY HIS DOCTOR?? Did he alter any part of the instructions?


Also, did he take any alcohol, sedatives or any other drug couple of hours before taking his tramadol dose?

From what I know, Tramadol has dangerous side effects if wrongly taken and if taken in combinations with certain substances or drugs.

Answer these firstly then hopefully we can move on from here....

OP should read all and if his brother insists on drug abuse, be ready to face the consequences....

What it has to do with erectile dysfunction and not passing urine am that knowledgeable on.. One thing I can tell you is tramadol is well known to trigger nausea and vomiting in some individuals, its a well known side effect.

If he got it prescribed by a physician then he needs to go back to him, but if it was from a quack chemist, then he has only himself to blame.. Tramadol is a narcotic, you just don't take it whenever you feel like..

One of the problems I have with this sick country is how easy and widely available people buy prescription drugs without written prescription.. Tomorrow person go begin soliciting funds for treatment in India after damaging one organ or another... smdh

He should go see a doctor fast, am more worried about his inability to pass urine, if that carries on, he might be going into acute kidney injury; that will be my main concern... I wish him well.
