good evening People of nairaland. i wanted to subscribe to Airtel opera mini since i last subscribed to it last 8months ago so when i dial the sub code i saw this 3options 1.250mb plus free surf (160mb extra) 2. 250mb no bundle no browsing 3. 250mb plus PAYG SO i choosed option one thinking that i will receive 160mb free making 410mb. after i sub i checked mb balance i was told that i haven't subscribed to Opera mini bundle. no active bundle and cant browse since then and they took 3hundred naira just like that. i dnt know whats going on. please explain if you have such experience before. THANKS |

alex81:thanks sir. i dialed *140# as u said. and i got these message Your Balances are MegaPacks: 246MB till 22-Jan. Bonus: 0MB till 02-Jan. .You are on FREE SURF (160MB free, rate up to N2/MB). Dial *141# to buy data plans is 2mb not too much i hope they wont zap my data? |
