I think the masses need to change their attitude first, then a leader will emerge from amongst them; Mrs Iweala is a good example, in the end she had to leave the government because she could not function effectively in a corrupt environment. Secondly, how many Nigerians abroad have become leaders in an enabling environment? Are they raising their children to be leaders?

If a nation of 140 million plus millions abroad can only produce such a narrow range of leaders there is a problem and the solution is us.
