IMO state pensioners protesting the decision of Gov Rochas Okorocha to pay 40℅ of 13 months pension owed them in exchange for 33 months arrears. Is this fair to these old men and women?

This is madness, when he's done with his term, he's not going to take any pay cuts and would accept all bonuses. He hasn't decided to forfeit even 10% of his current salary but wants people who no longer work and can't to forfeit 60% of their pension. At the end of the day, how much is the pension that they are forfeiting the majority of it again. I swear this current government needs to be held a lot more accountable.
