A government does this to an aged retiree that has put in 35 years service to the state? This is really a shame. How did we get here? Meanwhile, the state had a jamboree of a carnival last Christmas and decorated the streets with close to 600 million Naira. How can you ask them to forfeit 60% of their entitlement!! Who does that?! Rochas is a scam!
