The rare case I know of is when a girl is having irregular flow. That is, how monthly flow doesn't come every month.

If a girl's monthly flow comes every month, I see no reason why she wouldn't be able to count.

Sanitary pads yo, those things are getting more expensive by the day.... But on a second thought , I'd choose condoms because too many stupid people are having sex. Herpes, Aids, HPV and other STDs will become as common as common cold (pun intended). Plus, a population boom. We already have a lot we're dealing with in this country.

I agree with you on this.

The subsidy on condoms should remain in place especially for those who can't afford to pay for it but I also think that sanitary pads should be subsidized.

The price keeps increasing and some ladies really can't afford it.

There are also rare cases where the flow is unpredictable. And the lady has to be ready anyday, anytime.

Sanitary pad abeg.
The government should subsidise sanitary pads and tampons. i can't imagine buying always for 450 ×2, or tampons 1400/1500 per pack for only one month oh.
